Professional liability insurance:
CT Lloyd GmbH has taken out professional liability insurance as required by Section 54 WPO German Auditors Act and Section 67 StBerG German Tax Consulting Act with Versicherungsstelle Wiesbaden, Dolzheimer Strasse 23, 65185 Wiesbaden. The territory subject to this insurance cover comprises at least the Member States of the European Union.
